Breakfast:
250g 2 fruits = 2 pts
Redeye = 2 pts

Morning Tea:
Sultanas = 2 pts

Lunch:
Bread Roll = 2pts
2sp diet hommous = 1pt
Semi dried tomato = 1pt

Afternoon Tea:
Popcorn pack = 1pt

Dinner:
Lentil soup = 5pts
Bread roll = 2pts

Water:
Work bottle = 1.5 ltr
1/2 work bottle = 750ml
2pt lite cordial = 2pint

Excercise:
Lil bit of squats and situps at martial arts

18pts total food
