Breakfast:
Apple = 1 pts
Redeye = 2 pts

Morning Tea:
2 vegemite cruskits = .5points

Lunch:
Veggie Delight Subway= 3.5pts
3 x vodka lime & lemonate = 6pts

Afternon Tea:
2 vegemite cruskits = .5points
Vodka Lime and Bitters = 2pts

Dinner:
Roast Carrot, Potato and Sweet Potato = 3pts

Water:
2 work bottles = 3ltrs
1 pts diet cordial = 1 pints

Exercise:
Nil!

18.5pts total food
